We can provide your phone line rental. Our phone lines are provided, covered and operated by Openreach - just the same as BT. What's more you can seamlessly transfer your phone line to us and keep your existing number and services* - you simply pay less.
As well as great call rates we also offer a choice of maintenance levels (maintenance levels are operated by Openreach). Most providers assign Maintenance Level 1 to residential lines and Maintenance Level 2 to business lines, however, we think you should be able to choose the level that is right for you.
Maintenance Levels
In the event of a fault with your phone line, Openreach will handle the fault
in accordance with the Maintenance Levels below.
Our standard line rental is £12.50 and includes Maintenance Level 1, you can upgrade to Maintenance Level 2, 3 or 4 depending on your needs. Use the form below to calculate your monthly charges - all prices are inclusive of VAT @ 20%.
* Assuming your line is on the Openreach network - some suppliers use their own network and a seamless transfer may not be possible in such cases you may experience a service outage of up to 4 hours (our line checker on the next page will advise you if a seamless transfer is not possible).
